By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms
As the artist I...
- Maintain the right to post my work onto social media and use it to advertise/show my abilities unless specifically asked not to.

- Maintain the right to decline a commission for any reason.
As the Client You...
- Must pay half of the commission price before I begin, with the other half due when the art is completed. Exceptions are commissions from Artistree or Comms below $20 which must be paid in full upfront.

- May not reprint or use the commission for commercial gain. Any reprints for personal use is perfectly fine. If you wish to use a commission commercially we can discuss in the initial messages.

- Must give proper credit if you repost the art to social media.

- Maintain the right to ask for small edits or corrections. [I will ask for approval each step of the process as well] Too many changes or too large of changes may result an upcharge.

- May not trace or recolor artwork I provide for you or claim it as your own work.

- May not use my artwork for NFTs or redistribute my work for any similar purpose, this also goes for feeding my work though generative AI. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklisting.
When purchasing a design or an adopt from me, you agree to the following terms
- Once purchased or gifted you can modify the design however you wish. Go wild building them!

- Custom Designs and Adopts can receive a 15% discount on future commissions from me.

- You may resell the design but only for the price it was originally purchased for. If you have obtained other art for the character you may raise the selling price based on the additional art.

- You may gift or trade a design you receive from me.

- Designs received for free cannot be sold unless you have obtained additional art of the design.

- You may repost the design wherever you like so long as you credit me and do not claim you created the original design.

- In the event I create a blacklist, do not gift or trade an adopt to someone on that list. Doing so will result in you yourself becoming blacklisted and me refusing to work with you in the future.

- When purchasing a fusion/ship kid, you are only purchasing the design in question. This does not entitle you to any characters involved in it's creation or relationships between the characters.
